(Month 1) Client Onboarding
Our On-boarding Process
Our on-boarding process begins with Form 1, an essential step for conducting the initial due diligence for Dual Luxury World. After completing this screening, we will present you with a Client Agreement (CA) for your review and signature.
Upon receiving the signed agreement and retainer, our dedicated processing team will assist you in completing the required forms and compiling the necessary documentation. For property investments, you will need to establish a sales and purchase agreement with the developer.
We will then facilitate communication between you, the property developer, and the Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) in St. John's, the capital.
The CIU, founded by the Prime Minister, is the government authority responsible for processing all Citizenship by Investment (CBI) applications.
Month 2-3 Application Review and Submission
Before we submit your application, we perform an exhaustive review to ensure complete compliance with the CIU's rigorous standards.
Month 4-12 Receiving Your Citizenship
Post-Submission Process
Following the submission, the CIU will evaluate your application. Upon approval, you will need to fulfill all required contributions and pay any applicable government fees. Once these payments are processed, the CIU will issue Certificates of Naturalization for you and any qualifying dependents.
