ROUTE TO MALTA RESIDENCY
Applicants must fulfil ALL of the following requirements:
Requirement 1:
Real Estate
•Purchase property starting from €320,000 or €270,000 in Gozo or South of Malta
•Rent a property starting from €12,000 p.a. in Malta or €10,000 in Gozo or South of Malta
Requirement 2:
Government Bonds
•Invest €250,000 in government bonds, held for a minimum of five years. Financing available at under €80,000 (all-in-cost).
Requirement 3:
•Donation to National Development & Social Fund
•Single Applicant: €30,000
•Family of Four: €30,000
Considerations
•Property or investments must be held for a minimum of five years.
•Applicants must have valid travel document.
