Option 1: Real Estate Investment
Minimum US$400,000 purchase of property.
- - The property cannot be resold for the first three years.

Option 2: Capital Transfer
Investors can secure Türkiye citizenship by making a capital transfer to one of Türkiye's approved sectors. The investment must be maintained for a minimum of three years.
- Invest a minimum of USD 500,000 in fixed capital contributions.
- Deposit at least USD 500,000 into a Turkish bank account.
- Allocate at least USD 500,000 to government bonds.
- Invest a minimum of USD 500,000 in a real estate or venture capital investment fund share.
- Commit at least USD 500,000 to a private pension system, with a minimum holding period of three years.
Citizens of Türkiye are permitted to hold dual citizenship. However, it’s important to verify whether your country of origin allows dual citizenship with Türkiye.
Upon a successful application for citizenship in Türkiye, you will enjoy pleasant temperatures, breathtaking landmarks, and a welcoming culture. Additionally, as a holder of a Turkish passport, you can travel visa-free to 133 countries, including Hong Kong, and qualify to apply for a US E-2 Investor Visa, which allows you to enter and work in the United States.

Month 1: Turkish citizenship client onboarding process
We initiate the Turkish Citizenship by Investment application with Form 1, which allows us to conduct preliminary due diligence for Dual Luxury World. After the necessary screening, we will present you with a Client Agreement (CA) for your review and signature.
Once you complete the CA, you will grant Power of Attorney to our Turkish lawyers. They will then proceed to open a bank account, purchase property, and advance your Turkish citizenship application. In the subsequent steps, the lawyers will request a government conformity letter and apply for short-term residence permits.

Month 2-3 Application Review and Submission for Turkish Citizenship by Investment
Before submitting your documents, we perform a comprehensive review of your application to ensure it complies with the requirements set by the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. Following this detailed assessment, our case processing team will conduct final checks before submitting the necessary forms.
Additionally, the Investment Office will undertake its own due diligence and carefully examine all submitted paperwork. Throughout this process, we will maintain close collaboration with them to ensure that your application is processed efficiently and promptly by the Investment Office.

Month 4-6 Turkish Citizenship Issued
The Investment Office will review your application. Upon approval, you must make all required contributions and pay any applicable government fees. Once these payments and contributions are completed, your Türkiye Citizenship by Investment application will be finalized.
