To obtain a US EB-5 Visa, you must make a minimum investment of $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), which is either a rural area or one with an unemployment rate at least 150% of the national average.
Alternatively, you can invest at least $900,000 in a USCIS-approved Regional Center or a minimum of $1.05 million in a new commercial enterprise.

Our legal team will handle all necessary government forms and supporting documentation, working closely with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to ensure compliance with the program's requirements.

Review and Submission of Your Application
Prior to submitting your investor visa documents, we conduct a detailed review of your application to ensure it aligns with the specific requirements of the EB-5 Investor Program. Once this review is complete, our case processing team will file the relevant forms with USCIS. Following submission, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services will undertake its own due diligence, carefully examining all the provided documentation.

Processing of the EB-5 Investor Petition
If your investment immigration application is approved, USCIS will proceed with processing the EB-5 Investor Petition. The duration of this process can vary widely, typically ranging from several months to a few years, depending on the current volume of applications and other factors.

Securing a Provisional Green Card
We will prepare and complete all required forms for you and your family to obtain conditional permanent residency visas. After finalizing these documents, Dual Luxury World will submit them to USCIS on your behalf.

Receiving residency
Finally, USCIS will issue conditional permanent residency visas for you and your family. Once you have met all the requirements and the conditions on your residency are removed, you will be eligible to apply for US citizenship.
