Golden Visa Granted

After acquiring the property, we will assist you in obtaining the title deeds, which confirm your ownership and are needed for your Golden Visa (Dubai Investor Visa) application. Once your residency visa is issued, your Emirates ID card will be processed and sent to you within seven to ten days.
