Initiating the Process
We initiate the process with Form 1, which enables us to perform the initial due diligence for Dual Luxury World. After this essential screening, we will present you with a Client Agreement (CA) for your review and signature.
Once we receive the signed agreement along with the retainer payment, our case processing team will complete all required government forms and collect supporting documents. We will coordinate with both the property developer and the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) on your behalf.

Before we submit your documents, we conduct a comprehensive review of your application to confirm it aligns with the CBIU's standards. After this review, our case processing team will perform final verifications before sending the required forms.
The CBIU will also undertake its own due diligence and assess all your submitted materials. Throughout this process, we will collaborate closely with them to ensure your application is processed efficiently and promptly.
