Application Process

Months 1-3: Develop a Business Plan and Obtain Endorsement

We start with Form 1 to conduct the initial due diligence for Dual Luxury World. After a successful screening, we will provide you with a Client Agreement (CA). We will move forward only after you have reviewed and signed the agreement. Next, Dual Luxury World will assist you in crafting a detailed business plan that highlights your innovative business concept, its potential for growth, and a strategy for achieving success. These critical steps will lay the groundwork for your UK Innovator Founder Visa application and ensure you secure the necessary support. Additionally, we will coordinate with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) on your behalf.

Arriving in the UK

Once you have received endorsement from a government-approved body, we will connect you with our immigration lawyer. They will provide tailored guidance and support to help ensure the success of your visa application. The lawyer will review all required documents, assist with completing the application, and handle all interactions with UK immigration authorities on your behalf.

Establish and Grow Your Business in the UK

Upon arrival in the UK, you will start your business and concentrate on its expansion. Additionally, you must ensure that you do not spend more than 180 days outside the UK within any consecutive 12-month period.

Permanent Residence Approved

Provided you have met all the necessary criteria and maintained your visa status throughout your stay in the UK, you may qualify for permanent residence. Qualifications for Citizenship

You may apply for UK citizenship if you meet the required criteria, including not having been outside the UK for more than 450 days in the five years preceding your application.
