EUR 250,000 in support of artistic output or maintenance of national heritage.

EUR 500,000 for transfer of capital, for the acquisition of units of investment funds or venture capital funds for the capitalization of companies whose maturity at the time of the investment is at least five years, and at least 60% of the value of investments will be realized in commercial companies based in the national territory.

EUR 500,000 for the constitution of a commercial society with head office in the national territory, combined with the creation of five permanent working jobs, or for the reinforcement of the share capital of a commercial society with head office in national territory, already existing, with the creation or keeping of working jobs, with a minimum of 5 permanent jobs, and for a minimum period of 3 years.

Application Process
Months 1-24+: Client Onboarding and Initial Portugal Golden Visa Acquisition
We start with Form 1, which initiates the due diligence process for Dual Luxury World. Following a successful screening, we will provide you with a Client Agreement (CA) to review and sign. After receiving the signed agreement and retainer payment, our case processing team will complete all required government forms and collect supporting documents. This includes proof of good standing with the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority and the Social Security system. We will also assist you in opening a Portuguese bank account. We will coordinate with the Portuguese Immigration and Border Service (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras - SEF) on your behalf, leading to the issuance of your Golden Visa.
Golden Visa granted for a two-year period
Once the initial period of your Golden Visa Programme concludes, we will assist you with the renewal process, ensuring you qualify for the two-year extension. Our expert team will guide you through all the necessary steps for a smooth renewal.
Renewing Your Portuguese Golden Visa
As you approach the fourth year of your Portuguese Golden Visa programme, we will assist you with the renewal process to ensure continued eligibility. You will renew your Golden Visa for an additional two years, allowing you to maintain your residency status in Portugal and continue to enjoy all associated benefits.
Attaining Permanent Residency or Citizenship
In the fifth year of the Portugal Golden Visa Programme, you become eligible to apply for either permanent residency or citizenship. You can opt for long-term residency or pursue Portuguese nationality. Although the Golden Visa is not a Citizenship by Investment programme, it does provide a pathway to Portuguese citizenship after five years.
