Option 1 Real Estate Investment in spain

To obtain residency in Spain, investors can do so by purchasing real estate valued at €500,000 or more. This investment amount can be spread across multiple properties if desired.

Option 2 Invest in the Financial sector in Spain

You can invest €2,000,000 in Spanish government bonds or opt for a €1,000,000 investment in Spanish capital companies. Alternatively, entrepreneurs may choose to invest €1,000,000 in Spanish investment funds or financial institutions. These investment pathways also offer eligibility for permanent residency in Spain.

Option 3 Establish a Business in Spain

Secure residency in Spain by initiating a new business venture that generates employment opportunities and benefits the local community or contributes to scientific advancement.

Other Requirements

As an applicant for the Spain Residency-by-Investment Programme, you are required to maintain a valid health insurance policy that covers both yourself and your dependents.

After residing legally in the country for 10 years, you and your family can obtain Spanish citizenship. Additionally, the Spanish passport is considered one of the most powerful in the world.

With Spanish residency, you gain the right to live in Spain, a vibrant and modern European Union country known for its beautiful landscapes, excellent schools, and high-quality public healthcare.

Residency also grants you visa-free travel across the EU and the Schengen Area, with these benefits extending to your immediate family members.

Additionally, after 10 years of residency, you can apply for Spanish citizenship and obtain a Spanish passport. This period is reduced to two years for nationals of Latin American countries or the Philippines.

The minimum investment required for the Spanish Residency by Investment programme is €500,000, which must be invested in real estate within Spain.

If you meet all the necessary requirements, you should receive your residency certificates within five months.

You can include the following individuals in your Spanish residency application:

  • Your non-EU citizen spouse or parents.
  • Children under the age of 18 who reside with you.
  • Children over 18, as well as parents or grandparents, who are financially dependent on you.

Month 1: Client Onboarding Process

We start with Form 1, which initiates the initial due diligence for Dual Luxury World. After a successful screening, we will provide you with a Client Agreement (CA) to review and sign. Following this, you will need to sign a Power of Attorney (PoA), which allows us to obtain a NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) for you. This Foreigner Identity Number is required for transactions with the Spanish tax authorities.

Month 2-4: Application Review and Submission

You will need to sign a sales and purchase agreement for a qualifying property investment. After an in-person appointment, the Spanish consulate in your home country will issue a one-year Golden Visa within about 20 days. Additionally, you must arrange a biometrics appointment to obtain your TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero), the Spanish Identity Card.

Month 5-12: Residency Granted

Lastly, you will need to personally collect your TIE, the Resident Card. This residence permit is valid for three years. After this period, you can renew it every five years, provided you continue to fulfill the eligibility requirements.
